Hiring Customer Service Reps/Administrative Staff
Eagle Ridge Fitness Personal Training is expanding and is searching for a part time and full-time customer service/membership representative.
We’re about empowering people, inspiring them to stay committed to their fitness and weight loss goals through community, support and a little sweat (ok a lot!) On a broader perspective we’re about changing lives, not just those of our clients but yours too! (Having some fitness knowledge and a training certification are a huge bonus, but not required)
Your designated shifts will typically fall within the hours of from 9:00am to 8:00pm, with some flexibility. Requires some evenings, and the occasional weekend. Once hired, training will begin immediately.
-Have some previous Admin and Customer Service experience.
-Be sales oriented. Experience in sales not required.
-Be detail-oriented and organized
-Be capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced, energetic environment
-Be extremely friendly, positive, upbeat, energetic and have great communication and customer-service skills.
-Have the capacity to work independently and take initiative
-Be a strong team player
-Have excellent phone, computer and reception skills
-Have strong work ethics
-Have a passion for learning
-Enjoy working in a positive environment with fabulous clientele
-Have a passion for health and fitness.
You will always have support but the right person is someone that can shift from task to task quickly, prioritize well, always meet deadlines and basically thrive in a little chaos.
The right person will be very comfortable with technology, you’ll be using a great deal of Google products (Gmail, Drive, Docs) and should be familiar with many of their features.
You will spend your day:
-Answering inquiries, phone calls, emails.
-Monitoring our email and ideally responding to new prospects and current clients.
-Managing multiple contact streams (email, text messages, CRM, social media)
-Completing Data entry, filing, etc.
-Meeting with new prospects to provide more information about our program and to register them for our program.
-Interacting with current clients assisting with client account management, documentation, scheduling, billing, and solving any client issues.
-Ensuring cleanliness of the studio.
-Completing Errands, Ordering Supplies, and other duties and responsibilities as needed
-Having fun and changing the world
What does this position look like in the short-term?
-It will be a demanding probationary period of learning our communication/sales methods and measuring your success, you will have specific targets to meet.
-Dependent on experience. Incentives/bonuses for meeting and exceeding targets.
-Benefits for staff working 30+ hours or more will be made available after 6 months of employment.
