*Non-members, please arrive 10 minutes prior for registration and meet & greet.
Where: Eagle Ridge Fitness Personal Training-Unit A, 2624 St Johns Street, Port Moody
*In addition to street parking, there’s also a private lot at the back of the building.
What to bring: Please bring a yoga matt, towel, clean indoor shoes and a water bottle.
Fee: $5 Cash Drop-in for Current Members. $8 cash drop in fee for Non-members. Regular: $15
