I’m Laurie Noh, owner of Eagle Ridge Fitness and a specialist in strength training for adults 40+. With over 15 years of coaching experience, I’ve helped hundreds of clients regain strength, reverse muscle loss, and build confidence in their bodies again.
I understand how intimidating the gym can feel — especially if you’re dealing with joint pain, past injuries, menopause changes, or simply not knowing where to start. That’s why every program I build is personalized, safe, and designed to help you progress at a pace that feels right for you.
