Meet Coach Laurie.
Hi, I’m Laurie Noh, owner and head coach of Eagle Ridge Fitness.
My fitness journey wasn’t traditional. I started as the “heavy twin,” struggled with self-confidence, and even faced a cancer diagnosis before I realized how important health truly is. Through investing in myself, I transformed my body, my mindset, and my career, and now I’m here to help you do the same.
With over 15 years of coaching experience, I specialize in guiding women through the exact challenges I’ve overcome myself: starting from scratch, navigating injuries, working through peri-menopause or menopause, and finding a fitness approach that actually lasts.
