The StrongHer Hybrid Coaching™ program is our signature system, built specifically for women in their 40s and beyond. It blends hands-on in-person training with guided app-based workouts and nutrition coaching, giving you clarity, confidence, and consistency from day one.
Unlike generic group classes or cookie-cutter plans, this program adapts to your body, hormones, and lifestyle. You’ll never feel lost, and you’ll never be left on your own.
The system includes three progressive phases: the Lifestyle Program (your starting point for strength and confidence), the Lifestyle Accelerator (for deeper transformation and full accountability), and the Thrive Plan (for long-term success and maintenance). Together, they provide the structure and support you need to stop starting over and start building results that last.

Lifestyle Program (Foundation Phase)
The Foundation Program is where most clients begin. It’s designed for those who want to start strong, learn proper form, and build lasting consistency—without the added pressure of weekly online check-ins. You’ll train with Laurie once per week in person, receive a personalized workout plan through the Eagle Ridge Fitness app, and get practical nutrition guidance to support your goals. It’s the perfect option for busy adults who want structure and results while keeping things simple.

- In-person feedback and progress tracking
By the end of this phase, you’ll feel stronger, leaner, and more confident—ready to continue your journey with a solid foundation.
Lifestyle Accelerator (For Full Support & Transformation)
The Lifestyle Accelerator is where your transformation begins. Over 8–12 weeks, you’ll build confidence in the gym, reset your nutrition, and create momentum that sticks.
What’s Included:
- A comprehensive fitness & nutrition assessment to pinpoint your baseline and goals
- 1× per week in-person training for hands-on guidance and proper form
- Personalized app-based workouts (20–40 min) to follow between sessions
- A nutrition reset focused on sustainable strategies that work with your hormones
- Weekly check-ins with Laurie to track progress, troubleshoot, and keep you consistent
By the end of this phase, you’ll feel stronger, leaner, and more confident—ready to continue your journey with a solid foundation.
Thrive Plan (Ongoing Progress & Maintenance)
Once your foundation is set, it’s time to shift into long-term consistency. The Thrive Plan ensures you keep building strength, burning fat, and staying accountable—no matter how busy life gets.

- Progressive training plans delivered through the app, customized as you grow stronger
- Ongoing nutrition guidance with adjustments for vacations, busy weeks, or new goals
- Weekly accountability check-ins so you never fall off track
- Flexibility to adapt around injuries, menopause symptoms, or changing schedules
- Ongoing Messaging Support
This is where your results move from temporary to permanent. Instead of slipping back into old habits, you’ll keep thriving, year after year.

In the early weeks, you’ll master the basics:
In the early weeks, the focus is on mastering the fundamentals of movement and strength. You’ll learn safe lifting form, improve mobility, build conditioning, and develop better posture. Many clients notice early wins quickly, feeling stronger, moving more comfortably, and having more energy day to day. At the same time, you’ll establish nutrition basics that support your training and recovery.
This includes simple, flexible guidance around meal timing, balanced portions, hydration, and understanding how to fuel your body with protein, carbohydrates, fats, and vegetables without restriction or overwhelm. As the weeks progress, training becomes more progressive and confident. You’ll start to see visible changes, such as fat loss, increased muscle definition, and reduced aches and pains.
Most workouts are short, just 20–40 minutes, and can be done at home or in the gym. Everything is tracked and adjusted by Laurie so you continue progressing without hitting plateaus.

Do I need to give up carbs, wine, or treats?
No. Nutrition is flexible and designed for real life. You’ll learn how to enjoy your favorite foods and still make progress.
